How long are the sessions?
The initial consultation lasts approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes and subsequent consultations last approx 50-60 minutes. Intergral Eye Movement Sessions last 1 1/2 to 2 hours
What happens in the sessions?
Initially a full case history is taken and the problem assessed. This is followed by a thorough explanation of the treatment where any questions you have can be answered. Appropriate treatments will follow in the initial and any subsequent sessions.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your particular situation, however the clinic specialises in brief therapy aiming to achieve quick results, often within 1-4 consultations. The therapy is tailored to your individual needs. Coaching sessions range from 6 - 13 sessions to bring about effective change and balance to your life.
