How long are the sessions?
The initial consultation lasts approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes and subsequent consultations last approx 50-60 minutes. Intergral Eye Movement Sessions last 1 1/2 to 2 hours
What happens in the sessions?
Initially a full case history is taken and the problem assessed. This is followed by a thorough explanation of the treatment where any questions you have can be answered. Appropriate treatments will follow in the initial and any subsequent sessions.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your particular situation, however the clinic specialises in brief therapy aiming to achieve quick results, often within 1-4 consultations. The therapy is tailored to your individual needs. Life Coaching sessions range from 6 - 13 sessions to bring about effective change and balance to your life.

FREE Initial Consultation (optional)
An initial consultation is available upon request and will be scheduled for 20 minutes free of charge. This short meeting will enable you to visit the consulting rooms, discuss your particular problems and hear a little about the therapy that will be applied to help you should you decide to book therapy sessions with us.

Individual Hypno Weight Loss Programme
Four session basic weight loss course (including Audio CD's and written support materials) @ £220 when paid in total at first session or fees as for clinical hypnotherapy if paid session by session.
Group Hypno Weight Loss Programme
Six week small (6-8) group weight loss course, 1 hour per session (including education, discussion, deep relaxation using hypnotherapy and free CD) @ £99 per person.
